Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data replyhatch.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
ReplyHatch (“we”, “us”) runs replyhatch.com. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
What this policy covers
This website and its waitlist. The ReplyHatch product has not launched yet. Before any business connects a channel, the product will come with its own terms and data processing agreement.
This website does not connect to your accounts, read your chat history, or collect conversation details. The conversations shown on it are illustrative.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the page you joined from, and when you joined. If you answer the optional questions, also your main messaging channel and roughly how many customer messages you get each week.
- Analytics, only if you allow it: Google Analytics measures visits and traffic sources, and Microsoft Clarity records heatmaps and sessions to show how the site is used. Both use cookies. Advertising features are turned off.
- Hosting: Cloudflare delivers and protects this site and processes technical data such as your IP address to do so. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
- Video: if you press play on an embedded video, it loads from YouTube and YouTube’s privacy policy applies. Nothing loads from YouTube before you press play.
We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Why we use it
- To email you when ReplyHatch is ready, which is what you asked for by joining the waitlist.
- To decide which businesses to invite first, using your optional answers.
- To understand and improve the website, if you allowed analytics.
- To keep the website secure and working.
If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction: we rely on your consent for the waitlist and analytics, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for hosting data.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data stays until ReplyHatch launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept according to the providers’ retention settings, up to 14 months for Google Analytics.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the waitlist. Google and Microsoft, only if you allow analytics. These providers may process data outside your country under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your choices and rights
- Change your analytics choice at any time with “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of every page.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to leave the waitlist, by emailing [email protected].
- You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
